The Air Balloon star has revealed that Sam told her to ‘tone her performances down’ when she became a mum.
Lily and Sam – who married in 2011 – have two daughters together: Ethel, 2, and Marnie, 15 months.
Lily told The Sun: "He's told me to tone it down now I'm a mum. On my last tour, when I sang Not Fair, I used to act out fellatio using my microphone.
"Recently I have been rehearsing for this new tour and Sam said, 'You're not doing that thing again are you?' I said not if he didn't want me to. And he said no as he didn't think it's good for the kids.'"
But Lily did admit there was one part of her act that she wouldn’t be changing whether Sam liked it or not.
Lily’s song L8 CMMR, is reportedly inspired by her sex life with her husband.
"He was embarrassed," she admitted. "But I think people know me for being candid about everything.
"So I can't just suddenly get married and not talk about those things anymore, because I think my fans would be like, 'Er, why doesn't she talk about sex stuff?'
"I said sorry [to Sam] but he knew what he was getting into when he got with me," she added.
